Santa Visit

We took Caden to see Santa the other day, he did wonderfully!! He looks so little sitting on Santa's lap. I'm hopeing next year at this time it will be just as easy!!

Caden will be 5 months this Sunday, December 13th. Wow time flies!

Notice how his hands are on his head? EVERY time he is given a bottle his hands immediately go to head head, he used to rub his head, but now he covers his eyes...so darn cute!!

So far Caden enjoys vegetables over fruits which is odd, since you are supposed to give them veggies first so they won't only want the fruits. He really likes squash and sweet peas!! He didn't enjoy the bananas one bit, which is pictured below! It's so fun to watch his reactions when introducing a new food. He is now doing cereal and fruit for breakfast and cereal and veggies for supper. What a big boy!!

It has been a tradition ever since Kyle was a little boy to hang the first ornament on the tree and has continued, even into his thirties, but now he has passed that tradition to Caden. What a special moment!!

I wish I could get a better video on here of Caden laughing...I need to sit down and figure out the video editing, but here is a not so good quality but adorable video taken on my phone of our lil peanut laughing...towards the end is when he really gets going. His laugh is also so contagious, once he starts really going, I end up laughing in tears as well.

First Thanksgiving

My uncle Chuck had a 60th birthday and grandma and grandpa Kouba came to celebrate! Always good to see them!

Caden's First Thanksgiving. Unfortunately daddy couldn't be there with us. :(
