The reason I was put on this earth, was to be a mother. I now know this after having our first amazing child!

The most recent picture of the nursery! Slowly but surely it's coming along!

Thanks Mom & Dad!

Here I am assembling the rocking chair for the nursery and Kyle is testing it out...Zoe even likes it! I have a feeling she will be spending a lot of time there! Mom and Dad got us this for our shower!! Thank you!! I can already envision the many hours we will spend there!

How Cool

This is week 21. So far so good. Other than I am more tired than my usual self and patience is slim to none (I am sure Kyle or my preschoolers will second that!) I feel wonderful. I am still getting used the fact that everytime I get on that scale it seems to go up and that all my "regular" clothes looked like they were in the dryer too long and have shrunk a size or two! I also haven't really wrapped my brain around the fact that I have a growing living human inside me. Yes, I know I am pregnant and this is what happens, but I have been feeling it kick (or hit) a lot more and when I really stop to think about it I get overwhelmed. What a miracle. I guess all I can say is"how cool". Not really profound words but I guess that sums it up! HOW COOL! I love being pregnant! Being a woman and reading about pregnancy, or hearing it from my sister or friends what they have gone through I thought I had a pretty good understanding of what pregnancy involved. I didn't. For all you moms reading this you know what I mean. You just don't know until you go through it. Again let me say...How Cool! =) I can't even imagine what it will be like to actually meet our little guy. I can't wait to see how cool that is!!!!

Our little peanut...all cozy. Amazing what you can already see!! I think he has my nose and Kyle's lips!! Ok maybe I am stretching the fact that I can tell who he looks like..but cute nonetheless!!

Another shot of his face (the first 2 are 4D). A profile shot and then his cute little foot. Hopefully he doesn't come out with ten toes (on ONE foot) like it looks in the picture!!!

20 weeks...This is the day that we found out we were having a BOY!

19 weeks

19 weeks along

It's a boy

As most of you know by now, we are expecting a little boy. I announced it to the world, you would have thought that we actually had the child by how I was acting. So yes to say the least we are very excited. I know Kyle can't wait to teach his little guy all about the twins and well I just can't wait to meet him and finally have a baby to love. We have started making preperations for him to arrive but have MUCh more to do before the big day. We or I should say Kyle just got done painting the baby's room (I supervised) and it looks great. Now for some chair railing and furniture!
