This was Caden's Christmas present that he FINALLY got to ride and LOVED! He still needs a little practice steering, but did really good driving in a circle!!
Coloring Easter Eggs.
Some tears were had because he wanted to drop the eggs in water himself and he didn't want to "wait" for them to color. But in the end we ended up with some beautiful eggs!!
Easter morning after finding his eggs and his basket. He got the blu-ray How to Train Your Dragon, which has now become the favorite movie at our house.
Checking out his "chocate" (chocolate). Thank you maka, bumpa, grma/grpa Larson & great grma/grpa Peters for the Easter treats & money!!
Finding an egg
He had some money in his eggs, which he was even more excited about than the chocolate!

My Boys
Caden & Daxton on and egg hunt.
"Found it" he would keep saying. He had SO much fun looking for eggs. It was to the point where he didn't want to stop so I just kept taking eggs out of his bag and chucking them to the side so he kept finding the same eggs over and over. He was having a blast! He would also get so excited and say...oh, WOW...EGG! Too cute!
On Kyle's side there is a tradition that grandpa Bill always did with Kyle and his cousins when they were little and now the new generation gets to have the fun. He throws handfuls of coins in the air and the kids scramble to collect them. (Tyler is threw them this year, as well as Caden. He saw Ty throwing them up, so instead of collecting them and keeping them he collected them and then threw them back into the air. It was hilarious!!)
Grandkids on Leeman side

Jim & Caden have always been pals!
Evening bike ride (This was the first time this spring) Caden of course loved it. We were outside so he was happy. Now that he has gotten a taste of being outside this spring...anytime we are home and don't go outside right away to play he will start crying and say "outside....pleeeeeeeeease".
